The guide supports Early Learning educators and Primary and Secondary teachers and provides practical information, reflections, case studies and suggested actions to help create welcoming, culturally responsive learning communities.

Co-authored the In My Blood It Runs Teacher’s Notes and Learning Sequence in collaboration with Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies (AIATSIS) and Keren Shlezinger, to support Primary and Secondary educators and home-schooling. Designed as a series of prompts to guide discussions and learning sequences aligned to the Australian Curriculum V9 and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Histories and Cultures cross-curriculum priority, the guiding curriculum resource accompanies the 2023 children’s book In My Blood It Runs, written by Dujuan Hoosan, Margaret Anderson, and Carol Turner, with illustrations by Blak Douglas.

Working with Reconciliation Australia's Narragunnawali: Reconciliation in Education program, led the development of the First Nations Voices in Education film series and accompanying resource, which amplifies First Nations voices and experiences within the Australian education system. The resource supports Early Learning educators and Primary and Secondary teachers become aware of the histories of educational systems and the current policies, frameworks and standards they have committed to in their pedagogical practice.

These toolkits support all roles within education settings and contain comprehensive guides and core resources to support reconciliation action.

Working with Reconciliation Australia, co-led the development of their Innovate RAP 2026-2028 as a RAP Working Group Co-Chair. The sixth RAP for Reconciliation Australia tests new approaches to governance structures, aligns RAP type to business model and creates new opportunities for staff to build their knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and histories.

Working with Reconciliation Australia, led the development of the National Reconciliation in Education Forum 2025 Summary Report, capturing key insights, priorities and recommendations identified by participants. Focused on truth-telling, cultural responsiveness and shared responsibility, the report highlights three key recommendations to support genuine Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander self-determination in education.
